Karibu. How can we help?

Tell us what is going on and we will take it from there. Most things below are answered in a line or two, and if yours is not, our inbox is open.

Looking for a quick answer

Accounts, pricing, what we generate, which grades are covered, how payment works. Have a look and see if yours is there.

Something needs a person

A document that came out wrong, a payment that did not go through, a quote for your school, or closing your account. Write to us and we will pick it up.

Someone visited your school

If a representative showed you a Letter of Introduction, you are very welcome to check it. It takes a few seconds and needs no account.

One thing worth knowing

Payments always go through the M-Pesa prompt on your own phone, so nobody from MwalimuDocs will ever need to collect cash from you. If someone asks, you are right to say no — just let us know at admin@mwalimudocs.com.
